The thing about starting a building project is that at first it may seem like a never ending task, running out of money and other challenges may arise. But just hang in there, at the end of the day the house/building will belong to you, afterall nothing good comes easy. Congrats in advance.

If you want to own a house in lekki without stress, what you need to do is try and purchase two or more plots of land in Ibeju lekki now for some around N1.5 to 2M on installment now that the land in that area is still reasonably cheap. Before you finish paying, the general cost of land would have increased and then you can sell one for something around N5 – N7 OR N10M.

With the money you’ve made on the land, you’ll be able to build a house of your dream.

I am building a one storey building in Nigeria having four flats but this is in Calabar Munincipal. However, I have always had problems with the cost of materials in that state as its twice or trice whatever is being sold in Lagos.

Hence, i will like to specifically find out about the sale of complete Toilet seats (modern) and Tiles. If this can be supplied to Calabar. Please tell me where i can get the materials listed in the price list above… and if they can supply to Calabar. Thanks.

Some of these prices need to be updated with the current market prices. Market has moved against many of the prices quoted above.
